Notice of Removal
One full months notice in writing must be given for any child leaving the nursery, otherwise a month's fee will be charged. In the event of any other sum payable to the nursery being unpaid or outstanding, a child may, at the discretion of the nursery and on notice of writing to the parents, be required to leave the nursery.
The nursery reserves the right to withhold or discontinue admission to any child, who is not suited in the nursery environment. (i.e. who displays continuously unruly or uncooperative behaviours)
