Illness
Parents are requested to notify the nursery if a child has been in contact with or 
contracts any infectious diseases. The nursery reserves the right to refuse entry to any child which the nursery officer in charge considers may be unwell or suffering from any contagious or infectious complaint. The nursery staff have the right to act in loco parent's for the child and in case of illness, accident or emergency, to take such action as the officer in charge sees fit, including hospitalisation if necessary, every possible effort will be made to contact parents in the case of emergency.
