Creative Development
We encourage and support children?s creativity by providing a wide range of opportunities to explore, play, share ideas by using many of their senses & finish working through these ideas.
Through our art, music, dance, stories role play and plays the children express their imagination and are encouraged to develop skills of listening speaking and observing.
Free choice of our activities and resources such as painting, play dough, various construction toys, home corner play, which are available daily, all give the children opportunities to express their feelings and to explore colour, small texture, sound and space in two and three dimensions.
Through the use of musical instruments, our children learn to be imaginative and learn that musical instruments can be played in a variety of ways to create different sounds.
Through role play we look at music, clothes, arts and craft from other cultures.
