The Key Person
In line with the EYFS provision each child is assigned a key person, who is usually a teacher or teaching assistant in the nursery.
A Key Person works with small number of children getting to know and understand them bonding with them whilst offering a close relationship, making the children feel, special, safer cared for.
The Key Person also relates with parents to share care, information, special ideas and behaviour.
